Linz, 11 December 2025 – eyes + more, one of the fastest-growing optical retail chains in Europe, has opened a new store in LentiaCity, Linz. The store in the Urfahr district officially opened today, Thursday 11 December. With stylish, high-quality eyewear at a transparent fixed price, eyes + more brings a new shopping experience to the heart of the city. At the same time, the company celebrates a major milestone: the opening in Linz marks its 300th store worldwide. 

LentiaCity is located in the heart of Linz’s Urfahr district. Nestled between the Danube River, Pöstlingberg and the university, the area offers a perfect mix of urban life, education, leisure and nature. The opening in Linz’s LentiaCity is part of an international expansion strategy. With now 300 stores worldwide, eyes + more shows that the company is not only growing but also successfully establishing its concept across Europe. 

While many retailers are closing physical stores, eyes + more is consciously investing in expanding its store network. The company operates stores in Germany, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands and Sweden, with the goal of growing to around 500 stores in Europe in the coming years. Austria, too, will see significant growth: around 30 new stores are planned to open in the coming years.
